Choco-PB-Banana Protein Shake

8 oz milk, soy or cow
1 serving chocolate protein powder (Genisoy Chocolate Soy Blend works well)
1/2 of a large banana (don’t use an overly ripe one)
1 glob of peanut butter (approx. 1-2 tablespoons)

Blend all ingredients in a blender for 1 minute. Since this recipe is ice-less it’s best after sitting in the freezer for 15 minutes.
